Looker Studio · Paid media overview · all channelsPPC management services that convert
One tracking setup and one report for Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. Every click is tied to revenue, and budget moves to the channel that returns the most.

Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn AdsWhy hire a PPC management agency instead of running channels separately
Most paid accounts are managed in silos: one person on Google, another on Meta, a freelancer on LinkedIn. Each reports its own conversions, each claims the same sale, and nobody owns the blended number. We run paid media as one system.
One report, one blended CPA
A single Looker Studio report with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube data reconciled against GA4 and your CRM or shop. You see cost per acquisition and ROAS per channel and blended, with double-counted conversions removed.
One conversion-tracking stack
Server-side Google Tag Manager, GA4, Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API and LinkedIn Insight Tag configured once, with consent mode for EU traffic. Every channel optimises on the same clean events instead of its own guess.
Budget follows results, every week
Weekly budget allocation across channels based on marginal CPA and incrementality, not on last year’s split. If Microsoft Ads converts cheaper than Google this month, it gets more. If LinkedIn CPL doubles, it is paused until the creative is fixed.
Senior PPC specialists, direct access
Adrian Dąbrowiecki and our team of experienced specialists build and optimise the accounts you talk to us about. No account-manager relay: the people you talk to run your account.
International PPC in 8 languages
Campaigns by market with native copy, local currency, multi-currency bidding and market-level targets in the US, UK, DACH, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and the Nordics. Reporting shows every market on its own.
Transparent fees, monthly contracts
Flat monthly fee or a percentage of spend, agreed up front. Experienced specialists with working hours that overlap with US and EU teams, 30-day notice and a free audit and 90-day plan to start.
What our PPC services include
Cross-channel PPC campaign management from the first audit to monthly reporting. Each engagement is scoped to the channels, markets and business model that matter for you.
PPC account audit
A structured review of every paid account: structure, match types and search terms, bidding strategies, Performance Max and Shopping setup, audience and placement waste, ad strength and creative fatigue, landing page relevance, conversion tracking accuracy and attribution settings. Output: wasted spend quantified, quick wins and a prioritised rebuild plan.
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management
Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns built around intent: clean campaign structure, negative keyword governance, feed optimisation for Shopping, asset groups with real signals, and Microsoft Ads imported and tuned for its own audience rather than copied blindly. See our Google Ads management page for the detail.
Paid social: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
Full-funnel Facebook and Instagram campaigns with Advantage+ where it fits, LinkedIn Ads for B2B pipeline with ABM targeting and lead forms, and TikTok for brands with video and a younger audience. Creative testing cadence and retargeting pools shared across platforms.
Conversion tracking stack
Server-side GTM, GA4 events and Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and CAPI, offline conversion uploads from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, consent mode and deduplication. Built once, documented, and checked weekly so no channel optimises on broken data.
Landing pages and CRO
Paid traffic only pays when the page converts. We review and brief landing pages per campaign and market, run A/B tests on headlines, forms and offers, fix speed and mobile issues and align page copy with ad messaging to lift Quality Score and conversion rate together.
Budget allocation and reporting
Monthly budgets split by channel and market on marginal CPA, weekly reallocation, and a Looker Studio dashboard with spend, conversions, revenue or pipeline, CPA and ROAS per channel, campaign and market, reconciled with GA4 and your CRM. Monthly call to decide where the next euro goes.
How our PPC campaign management works
Six stages for every client. The first two are free: you receive the cross-channel audit and the 90-day plan whether or not you hire us.
Free cross-channel PPC audit
Read access to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and your tag container. We quantify wasted spend, double-counted conversions and tracking gaps across all channels. Output: what to stop, what to fix and the three biggest opportunities.
Strategy, targets and 90-day plan
Target CPA or ROAS per channel and market, a budget split with a reallocation rule, the landing page and creative plan, and the tracking architecture. Agreed before we touch a campaign.
Tracking stack rebuild
Server-side GTM, GA4, Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, offline conversion uploads and consent mode. Verified against your CRM or shop data before any scaling.
Account restructure and launch
Campaigns rebuilt channel by channel: search and Shopping first, then Performance Max and Demand Gen, then paid social. Each launched in stages with budget caps until data confirms the structure.
Weekly optimisation and reallocation
Search terms, bids, audiences, creatives and feeds reviewed weekly; budgets moved between channels and markets according to marginal CPA. Landing page tests running continuously.
Monthly reporting and planning
Looker Studio report with all channels, GA4 and CRM data, a call to review what worked, and the budget decision for the next month. Quarterly incrementality tests where spend justifies them.
Who PPC management is for, and what it costs to manage
The business models we run paid media for most often, and how management fees are structured. Every fee model is agreed up front and written into a monthly agreement.

How PPC management fees work
What separates good PPC management from expensive clicks
The decisions that decide whether a paid media budget returns 2x or 8x, and how we make them.
Account structure: search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen
Google’s automation works when it is fed clean signals and clear boundaries. We keep brand and non-brand search separate so brand does not inflate the blended ROAS, run Shopping and Performance Max with feed-based asset groups and brand exclusions, use Demand Gen for mid-funnel audiences with video and image assets, and give every campaign a conversion goal that matches its job. Microsoft Ads is managed as its own account with its own search terms and bids, because its audience skews older, more desktop-heavy and often converts cheaper for B2B and finance.
Conversion tracking most accounts get wrong
In our audits, roughly one in three accounts counts the same sale in two or three platforms, and most EU accounts lose 20–40% of conversions to consent and browser restrictions. We rebuild tracking once: server-side Google Tag Manager, GA4 as the shared source of truth, Enhanced Conversions for Google, the Conversions API for Meta, the Insight Tag and CAPI for LinkedIn, consent mode and deduplication rules. For lead generation, CRM stages are uploaded as offline conversions so every platform optimises for qualified leads and revenue, not for form fills.
Budget allocation across channels
Each channel reports its own conversions in its own attribution model, which is why a channel-by-channel view always looks better than reality. We allocate on marginal cost per acquisition and, where spend allows, geo holdout tests that show what each channel adds on top of the others. In practice this means search and Shopping capture existing demand, Meta and TikTok create it, LinkedIn targets specific accounts, and YouTube and Demand Gen fill the middle. The split changes monthly as the data moves.
Landing pages and conversion rate
Doubling conversion rate halves CPA on every channel at once, which no bidding change can match. We treat landing pages as part of PPC management: campaign-specific pages, message match between ad and headline, forms with the minimum fields the sales team needs, speed and mobile fixes, and a continuous testing programme. The same work improves Quality Score and lowers CPC on search.
International PPC: markets, languages and currencies
A multi-country campaign with one budget and translated ads spends where clicks are cheap, not where margin is high. We structure campaigns by market, write copy natively in eight languages, set bids and targets in local currency, handle VAT and shipping differences in Shopping feeds and report every market separately. For clients also investing in organic growth, paid and SEO share keyword research, landing pages and reporting through our international SEO services.
Management fee models: percentage of spend or flat fee
Percentage-of-spend fees give an agency a reason to grow your budget; flat fees give it a reason to do the minimum. We offer both and recommend based on your spend: a flat monthly fee for accounts up to roughly €30,000 a month, a percentage (10–15%) or a hybrid with a performance bonus above that. Either way the fee is fixed in writing, you own every account and the agreement runs month to month.

PPC management services: frequently asked questions
The questions business owners and marketing leads ask us most before handing over their paid accounts. For single-channel detail, see Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
How much do PPC management services cost?
Fees depend on total ad spend, the number of channels and markets, and whether landing page and creative work is included. We offer a flat monthly fee for accounts up to roughly €30,000 a month and a percentage of spend (10–15%) or a hybrid above that. Contracts are monthly, with no 12-month lock-in.
What is the difference between PPC management and Google Ads management?
Google Ads management covers one platform. PPC management covers all your pay-per-click channels (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) under one strategy, one tracking stack and one report, with budget moved between channels based on results. If you only run Google Ads today, we start there and add channels when the data supports it.
What is the minimum ad budget you work with?
Typically €5,000 per month across all channels. Below that, the management fee becomes a large share of total cost and we usually recommend a one-off audit and tracking setup instead, or focusing on a single channel first.
How quickly will results improve?
Tracking fixes and wasted-spend cuts show within the first two to four weeks. Restructured accounts leave learning in weeks three to six, and our clients see on average a 35% lower blended CPA after 90 days. Compounding gains from landing page testing and creative continue from month three onward.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Only when it makes sense for both sides. For spend under about €30,000 a month we recommend a flat fee; above that a percentage or a base fee plus performance bonus. The model is written into the agreement, and you can switch as spend changes.
Do you build landing pages too?
Yes. We brief and design campaign landing pages, run A/B tests and fix speed and mobile issues, either directly in your CMS or with your developers. Pages are part of the CPA, so they are part of the service.
Can you manage PPC campaigns in several countries?
Yes. We run paid search and social in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Swedish and Danish, structured by market with local currency, native copy and separate targets and reporting per country.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. We work in your Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn accounts as a partner, with your GTM container and GA4 property. If we part ways, every account, audience and conversion history stays with you.
Ready for PPC that reports in revenue, not in clicks?
Google holds over 90% of search worldwide, Meta reaches 3 billion people a day and LinkedIn has the only reliable job-title targeting in advertising. Almost every business already spends on at least one. Very few can say what the blended cost of a customer is across all of them.
Send us your website and the channels you spend on today. We will reply with a cross-channel PPC audit, the wasted spend and tracking gaps we found and a 90-day plan, whether or not we end up working together.
