On-Page SEO Services That Make Every Page Earn Its Place in Search

Our on-page SEO services fix the things that decide whether a page ranks once Google has already crawled it: which keyword each URL owns, how titles, headings and copy describe the topic, how pages link to each other, and whether the content is complete enough to be cited in AI Overviews. We work from Google’s own patents and NLP research rather than checklists, and we scale the work across thousands of templated pages for e-commerce and SaaS. We focus on international expansion: we help SaaS, B2B and e-commerce companies win the US, UK and European markets with on-page SEO built for every market they enter. A team of experienced specialists led by Adrian Dąbrowiecki, no 12-month lock-in, free audit and 90-day plan to start.

On-page SEO services that lift every page

Our on-page SEO services map one keyword to one page, rewrite titles and headings, fix cannibalisation and add internal links, then track each page as it climbs.

Titles, headings, internal links and schema

Why hire an on-page SEO company instead of running a plugin checklist

Green lights in an SEO plugin do not move rankings. On-page SEO is about matching each page to a search intent better than the ten pages already ranking for it, and doing that consistently across a whole site.

Built on how Google actually reads a page

We base our on-page work on published Google patents and NLP research: entity salience, passage ranking, query-to-document relevance and how headings and anchor text pass meaning. That tells us which terms, entities and sections a page needs, not just where to repeat a keyword.

One keyword cluster, one page

Most sites we audit have three to five URLs competing for the same query. We map every keyword cluster to a single owner page, merge or redirect the rest, and watch rankings stabilise within weeks. Fixing cannibalisation is often the fastest win in on-page SEO.

Scales to thousands of pages

Product, category, location and integration pages cannot be hand-written one by one. We build title, meta, heading and copy rules per template, generate variants with controlled vocabularies and QA them in bulk, so a 40,000-URL store gets the same quality as a 40-page site.

Optimised for AI answers as well as blue links

Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity pull from pages with clear definitions, direct answers and well-structured FAQs. Every page we optimise gets an answer block, a sensible heading hierarchy and schema so it can be quoted, not just ranked.

Senior strategist on every page

You work with Adrian Dąbrowiecki and our team of experienced specialists. Recommendations come with the reasoning, the data behind them and ready-to-paste copy or implementation specs for your developers or CMS team.

Measured in rankings and revenue, not tasks

Each optimisation sprint has a before/after: positions, clicks, CTR and conversions per page in Search Console and GA4. You see which changes worked and which pages are next. Monthly retainers, 30-day notice, no 12-month lock-in.

What our on-page SEO service covers

Every element of a page that search engines and AI systems use to decide what it is about and whether it deserves to rank. Scope is tailored to your site size and CMS.

01

Keyword-to-page mapping and cannibalisation fixes

A full inventory of your URLs against your keyword clusters: which page should own each query, which pages overlap and which gaps need a new page. We consolidate duplicates with redirects or canonicals and rewrite the surviving pages to own their cluster.

02

Titles, meta descriptions and headings at scale

Click-worthy titles under the pixel limit, meta descriptions that match intent, and H1–H3 hierarchies that read like a table of contents. Written by hand for key pages and generated by rules for templated ones, with QA for duplicates and truncation.

03

Content optimisation with NLP and entity analysis

We compare your page with the top results on entities, sub-topics, question coverage and depth, then brief or rewrite copy so it covers the topic completely. No word-count padding: we add what is missing and cut what dilutes the page.

04

Internal linking architecture

Hub-and-spoke structures, contextual links with descriptive anchors, breadcrumbs and related-content modules that pass authority to the pages that make money. We find orphan pages and deep pages that need links, and fix anchor text that says “click here”.

05

Images, media and schema markup

Descriptive alt text and file names, compressed next-gen formats, lazy loading done right, plus Product, FAQ, HowTo, Article, Organization and Breadcrumb schema validated against Google’s rich result requirements.

06

UX and conversion elements

Above-the-fold clarity, table of contents, comparison tables, proof and calls to action placed where readers decide. Pages that satisfy the visitor send Google the engagement signals that keep them ranking, and they convert the traffic you earn.

How our on-page SEO process works

Six stages we repeat for every site, from a one-time optimisation project to a rolling programme of sprints. The first two are free.

01

Free on-page SEO audit

We crawl the site, pull Search Console and GA4 data and score every indexable page: cannibalisation, missing or duplicate titles, thin content, weak internal links, missing schema. Output: a prioritised list of pages and fixes with estimated impact.

02

Keyword mapping and 90-day plan

Clusters mapped to owner pages, gaps identified, templates grouped. You receive a sprint plan: which pages we touch first, what changes, what we expect to happen and how we will measure it.

03

Template rules for pages at scale

For e-commerce categories, products, SaaS integration and use-case pages or location pages we define rules per template: title formulas, heading patterns, copy modules, schema and internal link blocks, then QA samples before rollout.

04

Page-by-page optimisation sprints

Key pages get the full treatment: entity and sub-topic analysis against the top results, rewritten copy and answer blocks, new headings, FAQs, images, schema and links. Delivered as ready-to-publish content or CMS-ready specs.

05

Implementation and QA

We publish in your CMS or hand over to your team, then verify: rendered HTML, canonicals, structured data validation, indexing status and the live page compared with the spec. Nothing is marked done until it is live and crawled.

06

Measurement and the next sprint

Positions, clicks, CTR and conversions per optimised page tracked against a baseline. Monthly report and call: what moved, what did not and which pages enter the next sprint.

On-page SEO for e-commerce, SaaS and content sites

The same principles apply everywhere, but the work looks different on a 50,000-SKU store, a SaaS site with 300 integration pages and a publisher with 2,000 articles.

E-commerce: categories, products and filters

Category pages are where e-commerce on-page SEO is won. We give each category a unique title and H1 built around how shoppers search (material, use, brand, size), add short intent-matching copy above and below the product grid, and decide which filter combinations deserve indexable landing pages of their own. Product pages receive unique descriptions where volume justifies it and rule-based templates elsewhere, with Product and Offer schema, review markup and image optimisation. If you run a store, see also our ecommerce SEO services.

SaaS: features, integrations, use cases and comparisons

SaaS sites rank with templated page types: “[Product] for [industry]”, “[Product] + [integration]”, “[Competitor] alternative” and “[A] vs [B]”. We build the content modules and rules for each type, give every page a distinct keyword cluster so they do not cannibalise each other, and interlink them with the pricing and feature pages that convert. More on our SaaS SEO services page.

Content sites and B2B blogs

Large blogs usually suffer from overlap: five articles about the same question, none of them complete. We cluster the archive, pick an owner URL per topic, merge the rest and refresh the owner with the entities, questions and examples the top results cover. The refreshed page gets an answer block for AI Overviews, a table of contents, updated internal links and Article schema.

On-page SEO for AI Overviews and chat assistants

AI systems quote passages, not pages. The on-page elements that get cited are a direct, self-contained answer in the first 40 to 60 words of a section, a heading that matches the question, lists and tables for comparisons, and consistent entity names. We write these blocks into every optimised page and track citations in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity alongside classic rankings. See our AI SEO services for the full programme.

What on-page SEO cannot do alone

On-page optimisation works on pages Google can crawl, render and index. If the site has rendering problems, broken canonicals or a slow template, those go first: that is technical SEO. And in competitive markets a perfectly optimised page still needs authority, which is where link building comes in. We tell you honestly which lever your site needs most.

What you get each month, and when results appear

Transparent deliverables and a realistic timeline. On-page changes are among the fastest SEO work to show results, because the pages are already indexed and Google only needs to re-evaluate them.

On-page SEO services: frequently asked questions

The questions clients ask us most often before starting. For the broader picture, see our SEO services overview.

What is on-page SEO and what does it include?

On-page SEO is everything you control on the page itself to help it rank: the keyword it targets, title tag, meta description, headings, body copy, images and alt text, internal links, structured data and page experience elements. It sits between technical SEO (can Google crawl and render the page?) and off-page SEO (do other sites link to it?).

How much do on-page SEO services cost?

We quote after the free audit, because a 60-page B2B site and a 50,000-URL store need very different work. Pricing is a monthly retainer sized to the number of pages, templates and languages, with no 12-month lock-in. One-off projects, for example optimising a set of 30 key pages, are quoted as a fixed fee.

How long does on-page SEO take to work?

Faster than most SEO work. Once Google re-crawls an optimised page, ranking changes typically appear within 2 to 8 weeks. Cannibalisation fixes take 1 to 3 months to settle fully, and site-wide template changes show their full effect over 3 to 5 months as the whole site is re-indexed.

Do you write the content or just send recommendations?

Both, depending on what you prefer. Most clients get ready-to-publish copy, titles, FAQs and schema that their team pastes into the CMS or that we publish directly with access. For templated pages we deliver rules and sample outputs that your developers implement, then we QA the live result.

Can you handle on-page SEO for thousands of product or location pages?

Yes. That is where our template approach matters: we define title, heading, copy and schema rules per page type, generate and QA variants in bulk, and roll out through your CMS, PIM or a developer ticket. We have done this for stores and SaaS sites with tens of thousands of URLs.

Does on-page SEO help with ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?

Significantly. AI answers are built from pages with clear, self-contained passages, well-labelled headings, FAQs and consistent entities. The same on-page work that improves rankings makes a page quotable, and we track AI citations alongside positions in every report.

Ready to find out which of your pages are underperforming?

Most sites already have the pages they need to rank; they are just targeting the wrong queries, competing with each other or missing the content the top results have. On-page SEO fixes that without waiting for new links or new content.

Send us your URL. We will reply with an on-page audit, the pages with the biggest upside and a 90-day plan, whether or not we end up working together.
