SEO audit services that end with a fix plan

Our SEO audit services crawl every URL, read your server logs and Search Console data, then rank each issue by impact so your team knows exactly what to fix first.

Technical, content and backlink audit

What makes our SEO audit service different

Most audits are a 90-page PDF generated by a crawler and never read again. Ours is built to be acted on: fewer pages, clear priorities, and every recommendation written for the person who will implement it.

A senior SEO does the work, not a tool

Crawlers find symptoms. A person finds causes. Adrian Dąbrowiecki and our team of experienced specialists review every finding by hand, connect it to your traffic data and explain why it matters for your business model, whether you sell SaaS subscriptions, run a marketplace or publish content.

Prioritised by impact and effort, not alphabetically

Every issue gets an impact score, an effort estimate and an owner (dev, content, marketing). You see the five things to do this month and the thirty that can wait, so nobody wastes sprint capacity on low-value fixes.

Written as developer tickets

Technical findings come as ready-to-paste tickets: what is wrong, where (URL list), how to fix it, how to verify it. Your developers do not need to translate SEO jargon, and you do not need to pay us to do it.

Covers Google and AI search

We check how your brand and pages appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and what structural or content gaps keep you from being cited. Most audit providers still ignore this.

You own everything

Report, Looker Studio dashboard, crawl exports and ticket list are yours to keep and share with any agency or in-house team. There is no retainer attached and no lock-in.

Fast, with a walkthrough call

Standard audits are delivered in 5 to 10 business days. We present the findings on a 60-minute call with your team, answer questions and agree the first 30 days of work.

What a professional SEO audit covers

Nine areas we review on every site. Depth varies with your size and goals, but nothing is skipped: a technical SEO audit without a content and authority view tells only half the story.

01

Technical crawl and indexation

Full crawl with Screaming Frog, compared against Google Search Console’s page indexing report and your log files. Status codes, redirect chains, orphan pages, crawl traps, robots.txt and XML sitemap hygiene, canonical conflicts and pages Google indexes that it should not.

02

Core Web Vitals and performance

LCP, INP and CLS from real-user CrUX data and lab tests per template, with the specific scripts, images and layout patterns causing failures. Recommendations are template-level, so one fix covers thousands of URLs.

03

Architecture and internal linking

Click depth, hub-and-spoke structure, navigation, breadcrumbs, pagination and faceted URLs. We map how authority flows through the site and which revenue pages are starved of internal links.

04

On-page and content quality

Titles, headings, intent match, thin and duplicate content, cannibalisation between pages targeting the same query, outdated articles and content that should be consolidated or pruned. Benchmarked against the pages that currently outrank you.

05

E-E-A-T and trust signals

Author pages, bylines, citations, about and policy pages, reviews and brand mentions: the signals Google’s quality rater guidelines describe and that matter most in YMYL, SaaS and B2B niches.

06

Backlink profile and toxic links

Referring domains, anchor distribution, link velocity, lost links and spammy patterns compared with three competitors in Ahrefs. We tell you whether links are a growth lever or a risk, and whether disavow is warranted (it rarely is).

07

International SEO and hreflang

For multi-language and multi-country sites: hreflang validity, return tags, x-default, language and currency handling, geo-redirects and duplicate market pages. Our international SEO background means this is a core part of the audit, not an add-on.

08

AI-search readiness

How retrievable and quotable your content is for LLM-based search: entity clarity, structured data, answer-shaped sections, brand consistency across the web and current citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews for your key topics.

09

Analytics and tracking

GA4 and Search Console configuration, conversion events, filtered traffic, cross-domain and consent issues. If your data is wrong, every SEO decision based on it is wrong too, so we fix measurement first.

How the SEO audit process works

A fixed six-step process with a predictable timeline. You know what happens each day and what lands in your inbox at the end.

01

Kick-off and access (day 1)

A 30-minute call to understand your business, markets, goals and known problems. We request read-only access to Search Console, GA4, your CMS and, where available, server logs.

02

Data collection (days 1–3)

Full crawl, log-file analysis, Core Web Vitals and performance tests, backlink export, competitor benchmark and a review of your visibility in Google and AI assistants for the topics that drive revenue.

03

Manual review (days 3–7)

A senior SEO goes through templates, key pages and content clusters by hand, verifies every crawler flag and discards false positives. This is where the audit earns its fee.

04

Prioritisation (days 7–8)

Findings are scored for impact and effort, grouped by owner and turned into a 90-day roadmap. Quick wins are separated from structural projects such as migrations or architecture changes.

05

Delivery and walkthrough (days 8–10)

You receive the report, the Looker Studio dashboard, the ticket list and the roadmap. On a 60-minute call we present the findings, answer questions and agree what starts first.

06

Follow-up (optional)

Thirty days later we re-crawl, check what shipped and measure early results. Many clients continue with implementation support or a technical SEO retainer; many do not, and that is fine.

Who needs an SEO audit, and when

An audit is the right first step in four situations we see every month. If one of them sounds like you, the audit will pay for itself in avoided mistakes alone.

Before or after a website migration

Redesigns, domain changes and platform moves (for example to Shopify, WordPress or a headless setup) are the single most common cause of sudden traffic loss. A pre-migration audit maps every URL, template and redirect so the launch does not cost you rankings; a post-migration audit finds what broke and what to fix first. If you are planning a migration, book the audit before the development sprint, not after go-live.

After a traffic drop or Google core update

When organic traffic falls, you need to know whether the cause is technical (indexation, rendering, speed), content-related (quality, intent mismatch, cannibalisation), authority-related (lost or toxic links) or external (SERP layout changes, AI Overviews taking clicks). Our audit separates these causes with data from Search Console, log files and SERP tracking so you fix the right thing instead of rewriting content that was never the problem.

Before hiring a new agency or in-house team

An independent audit gives you a baseline and a brief. Instead of letting a new agency define the problem it will then be paid to solve, you hand them a prioritised list and measure them against it. Several clients use our audit as the scope document for an RFP.

Before investment, acquisition or a growth round

Investors and acquirers increasingly ask for an SEO due-diligence view: how dependent is revenue on organic search, how stable is it, and what risks (penalties, toxic links, platform debt) sit under the traffic chart. We deliver a concise risk-and-opportunity memo alongside the full audit.

SEO audit vs. a free audit tool

Our free SEO audit tool is a good first check: it flags obvious technical errors in minutes. A professional SEO audit service is different in three ways. It explains why each issue matters for your revenue, it prioritises across technical, content and authority factors at once, and it is verified by a person who has fixed the same problem on other sites. Use the free tool to decide whether you have a problem; use the audit to decide what to do about it.

Audit plus strategy

If you also need a plan for growth, not just a fix list, choose the audit + strategy option. It adds keyword and topic mapping, a content and link-building plan and a 12-month forecast, so the audit becomes the first chapter of your SEO strategy rather than a standalone document.

SEO audit pricing

Fixed-price projects quoted after a short call, based on site size, number of markets and the depth you need. No retainer required and no lock-in; many clients implement the plan with their own team.

SEO audit services: frequently asked questions

The questions marketing leads and founders ask us before commissioning an audit. If yours is missing, ask us directly.

How much does an SEO audit cost?

It depends on the number of URLs, markets and the depth required. An Essential audit for a single-market site is priced as a fixed project; Full audit + strategy and Enterprise audits scale with size and complexity. We quote after a 20-minute call, and the price never changes once agreed. If you continue with implementation, the audit fee is credited against your first retainer month.

How long does a technical SEO audit take?

Essential audits take 5 to 7 business days, Full audit + strategy 7 to 10 business days, and Enterprise or multi-market audits 3 to 4 weeks. The timeline starts when we receive access to Search Console and GA4. Urgent post-migration or traffic-drop audits can be expedited.

What is the difference between an SEO audit and a website audit?

A website audit usually covers design, UX, accessibility and conversion. An SEO audit focuses on everything that affects organic visibility: crawling, indexation, speed, content, links, international setup and analytics. Our audit includes the UX and conversion issues that affect rankings (Core Web Vitals, intrusive interstitials, mobile usability) but does not replace a full UX study.

Which tools do you use for the SEO audit?

Screaming Frog for crawling, Ahrefs for backlinks and competitor data, Google Search Console and GA4 for first-party performance data, server log files for crawl behaviour, PageSpeed Insights and CrUX for Core Web Vitals, plus manual checks in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Tools find the data; the senior review turns it into decisions.

Do I need an SEO audit if my traffic is growing?

Growing traffic hides problems that surface later: crawl waste, cannibalisation, technical debt from new features and unoptimised templates. An audit in a growth phase tells you what to protect and where the next 30 to 50% is. It is also the moment when fixing architecture is cheapest, before you have ten times the URLs.

Will you implement the recommendations?

If you want us to. Many clients implement with their own developers and content team using our tickets and roadmap. Others ask us to handle technical fixes, content or link building afterwards on a monthly retainer with no 12-month lock-in. Either way, the audit is a complete, standalone deliverable.

Get an SEO audit your team will actually use

Send us your domain and a sentence about what is worrying you: a migration, a traffic drop, a new agency search or an investor question. We will recommend the right audit scope and quote a fixed price within one business day.
