Technical SEO services that get every page indexed

Our technical SEO services fix crawl waste, rendering issues and slow Core Web Vitals, so Google and AI search engines can reach, render and rank every page that matters.

Core Web Vitals, crawling and indexing

Why hire a technical SEO agency instead of hoping your developers figure it out

Developers build what the ticket says. Content teams write what the brief says. Technical SEO sits in between: it decides what Google should crawl, how pages render, how fast they load and how signals flow through the site. When nobody owns that, traffic leaks quietly for years.

We speak developer

Every recommendation arrives as a ticket with the affected URLs, the exact change, acceptance criteria and a verification step. We review pull requests, test on staging and sign off before deploy. Your engineers never have to guess what an SEO meant.

Platform-level expertise

WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify and Shopify Plus, Magento and Adobe Commerce, headless React, Next.js and Nuxt builds, custom stacks. We know what each platform does by default, what it refuses to let you change and how to work around it.

Measured in indexed pages and revenue, not checklists

We track the metrics that prove technical work paid off: pages crawled vs. indexed, Core Web Vitals pass rate, crawl budget spent on money pages, rankings and organic revenue per template. Reported monthly in Looker Studio.

Built for Google and AI search

Rendering, structured data, entity clarity and clean HTML determine whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can read and cite you. Technical SEO is the foundation of AI visibility, and we treat it that way.

Experienced technical SEO specialists

You work with a team of experienced specialists led by Adrian Dąbrowiecki that has migrated, debugged and scaled sites with millions of URLs. Experienced people do the hands-on work on your codebase.

Projects or retainers, no lock-in

One-off audits and migrations are fixed-price projects. Ongoing technical SEO is a monthly retainer with 30-day notice. Either way, every document, ticket and dashboard is yours to keep.

What our technical SEO services cover

The full technical layer of organic search, from how Googlebot enters your site to how a page renders in a user’s browser. Scope is tailored after the audit; most engagements start with three or four of these areas.

01

Crawlability and indexation

Robots.txt rules, XML sitemaps that match canonical URLs, meta robots and canonical logic, status-code hygiene, redirect chains, soft 404s, orphan pages and crawl traps from calendars, filters and session parameters. The goal: every revenue page indexed, nothing else wasting crawl budget.

02

Site architecture and internal linking

Flat, logical structures where key pages sit within three clicks of the homepage, hub pages that distribute authority, breadcrumbs, pagination that Google can follow and navigation designed around search demand rather than org charts.

03

Core Web Vitals and performance

LCP, INP and CLS at the template level: image delivery, critical CSS, font loading, third-party script control, server response time and caching. We fix what the field data (CrUX) says is failing for real users, not just lab scores.

04

JavaScript SEO

Rendering audits for React, Vue, Angular and Next.js sites: what Googlebot sees before and after JavaScript execution, hydration issues, client-side routing, lazy-loaded content that never gets indexed. We recommend SSR, SSG, pre-rendering or hybrid rendering per template, and verify it with the URL Inspection tool and log files.

05

Structured data and schema

Product, Offer, Organization, Article, FAQ, BreadcrumbList, LocalBusiness and HowTo markup implemented in JSON-LD, validated and monitored. Rich results in Google and clearer entities for AI search engines.

06

International SEO and hreflang

Hreflang implementation and validation across sitemaps or HTML, x-default rules, language-country mapping, ccTLD vs. subfolder decisions, geo-redirect handling and duplicate market pages. A core part of our international SEO work.

07

Website migrations

Domain changes, replatforming (for example to Shopify, WordPress or headless), redesigns and URL restructures with a zero-loss checklist: full URL inventory, redirect mapping, content and metadata parity, pre-launch staging crawl, launch-day monitoring and 90-day post-launch tracking.

08

Log-file analysis and crawl budget

Server logs show what Googlebot actually requests, how often and with what response. For sites with 100,000+ URLs we use this to cut crawl waste, surface pages Google ignores and prioritise architecture fixes with evidence rather than assumptions.

09

Duplicate content, canonicals and faceted navigation

Filter and sort parameters, variant URLs, tag pages, HTTP/HTTPS and www duplicates, trailing-slash inconsistencies and printer-friendly pages. We define one canonical rule per URL pattern and decide which facets deserve indexation because real demand exists.

How a technical SEO engagement works

A repeatable process built around your development cycle. We fit into sprints, not around them.

01

Technical SEO audit

A full crawl, log-file review, Core Web Vitals and rendering tests, indexation comparison with Search Console and a platform-specific review. Output: a prioritised list of issues with impact and effort scores. See our SEO audit services for the standalone version.

02

Roadmap and ticket writing

Issues become tickets in Jira, Linear, GitHub or whatever your team uses: problem, affected URLs, exact change, acceptance criteria and how to verify. Grouped into sprints by impact so the biggest wins ship first.

03

Implementation support

We work with your developers or ours: answer questions in Slack, review pull requests, test fixes on staging, check rendered HTML and confirm redirects and canonicals behave before anything goes live.

04

Deployment verification

After each release we re-crawl affected templates, inspect URLs in Search Console, validate structured data and confirm Core Web Vitals in the field. Regressions are caught within days, not quarters.

05

Monitoring

Weekly automated crawls, Search Console alerts, CWV tracking per template, log monitoring for large sites and uptime checks. A monthly Looker Studio report shows indexation, performance and organic revenue trends.

06

Iteration

Technical SEO is never finished: new features, plugins, apps and redesigns introduce new problems. We review every significant release and keep the roadmap current, so the site stays clean as it grows.

What you get each month, and how fast fixes show

Transparent deliverables and realistic timelines. Technical fixes are the fastest-acting work in SEO because Google reacts as soon as it re-crawls the changed templates.

Technical SEO problems we solve most often

The issues behind most of the traffic drops and plateaus we investigate, and how we handle each one.

Website migrations without traffic loss

Migrations are where sites lose the most organic traffic, and the loss is almost always preventable. Our zero-loss checklist starts weeks before launch: a complete URL inventory from crawls, Search Console, analytics and backlinks; a one-to-one redirect map reviewed by hand for the top pages; content, title, heading and schema parity between old and new templates; a staging crawl behind authentication; and hreflang and canonical checks for every market. On launch day we monitor logs and Search Console hourly, and for 90 days afterwards we compare indexation and rankings template by template so nothing slips through.

Recovery after a Google core update

Core updates rarely hit a site for purely technical reasons, but technical debt often amplifies them: thin or duplicate pages that dilute quality signals, slow templates, pages Google cannot render, or thousands of parameter URLs competing with the canonical versions. We separate technical from content and authority causes using log files, Search Console and SERP data, then fix the technical layer first so content improvements can actually be seen by Google.

JavaScript sites that Google cannot read

Single-page applications and headless builds often ship with content that only appears after JavaScript runs, links that are not real anchor tags, metadata set client-side and routes that return 200 for everything. Google can render JavaScript, but slowly and not always completely. We test every template with and without JavaScript, compare rendered HTML with the source, and recommend server-side rendering, static generation or pre-rendering where it matters, usually for category, product and article templates first.

Large sites with crawl-budget problems

On sites with hundreds of thousands of URLs, Google often spends most of its crawl on filters, sorts, calendars, old pagination and parameter variants, while new products or articles wait days to be discovered. Log-file analysis shows exactly where the budget goes. We then close crawl traps with robots.txt, noindex and canonical rules, flatten the architecture, fix sitemaps and internal links, and measure the shift in crawl distribution month over month.

Duplicate content from faceted navigation

Ecommerce filters can generate millions of URL combinations. We analyse search demand per facet combination (colour, size, brand, material, price) and decide which deserve indexable landing pages with their own copy, which should be canonicalised to the parent category and which should be blocked. The result is fewer, stronger pages instead of a long tail of thin duplicates.

Working with your development team

We adapt to your workflow rather than imposing ours. For WordPress and WooCommerce sites we work at the theme and plugin level and can implement directly; for Shopify we write Liquid-level instructions and review theme changes; for Magento, Adobe Commerce and custom stacks we write tickets, review pull requests and test on staging. Everything is documented so a new developer can understand why each rule exists.

Technical SEO pricing

Quotes depend on platform, number of URLs, markets and how much implementation you want us to handle. Projects are fixed-price; retainers run month to month with 30-day notice and no 12-month commitment.

Technical SEO services: frequently asked questions

What marketing leads, founders and CTOs ask us before starting. If your question is missing, ask us directly.

What is technical SEO and how is it different from on-page SEO?

Technical SEO covers everything that affects how search engines crawl, render, index and evaluate your site at the infrastructure level: crawlability, site speed, JavaScript rendering, structured data, canonicals, hreflang and migrations. On-page SEO works at the page level: titles, headings, copy and internal links. You need both; technical SEO makes sure the on-page work can actually be found and rewarded. See our on-page SEO services for the other half.

How much do technical SEO services cost?

A one-off technical audit is a fixed-price project sized by URL count and platform. Retainers are monthly and depend on how much implementation, monitoring and migration support you need. We quote after a free technical review and a 20-minute call, and there is no 12-month lock-in.

Do you implement the fixes or only recommend them?

Both, depending on your platform and preference. On WordPress and WooCommerce we can implement directly. On Shopify, Magento, headless and custom stacks we write developer-ready tickets, review pull requests and test on staging. Many clients mix the two: we handle redirects, schema and sitemaps while their team ships template changes.

How long does technical SEO take to show results?

Faster than most SEO work. Indexation and redirect fixes show in Search Console within 2 to 8 weeks as Google re-crawls. Core Web Vitals field data updates on a 28-day window, so a fix shipped today turns green in about a month. Architecture changes and migrations take 2 to 4 months to settle fully.

Can you help with a website migration that already lost traffic?

Yes. Post-migration recovery is one of our most common projects. We compare pre- and post-launch URL inventories, find broken or missing redirects, restore lost content and metadata, fix canonical and hreflang issues and submit updated sitemaps. Most sites recover the bulk of lost traffic within 1 to 3 months once the redirect map and templates are corrected.

Which platforms and frameworks do you work with?

WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify and Shopify Plus, Magento and Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, and headless or custom builds on React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt and Angular. We have also audited and migrated sites on proprietary enterprise CMSs; the principles are the same, only the implementation changes.

Find out what is holding your site back technically

Send us your domain. We will crawl it, check indexation, rendering and Core Web Vitals, and reply with the three biggest technical issues we find and what fixing them would be worth, free and with no obligation.

Planning a migration or a redesign? Tell us the launch date. The earlier we see the plan, the cheaper it is to make it safe.
