Create Google Cloud Project
Go to console.cloud.google.com, create a new project, and enable the Google Search Console API under APIs & Services โ Library.
Configure OAuth Consent Screen
Set up an External consent screen, add your Gmail as a Test User, and add the scope webmasters.readonly. Takes about 5 minutes.
Generate Desktop OAuth Client
In Credentials, create an OAuth client ID with type Desktop app. Download the generated credentials.json โ you’ll need it in step 4.
Connect Credentials to App
Open Settings in the app, click Select Credentials File, point it to your credentials.json, and save.
Add Project โ Sync โ Start Queue
Click New Project, enter your domain and sitemap URL, authorize via Google OAuth, then hit Start Queue. Done.

Is this really free?
Yes. The app is free and uses Google’s free Search Console API quota of 2,000 requests/day. You need a Google account and a verified property in Google Search Console โ both free. After a 30-day trial, contact for a license key.
Why do I need a Google Cloud project?
The app accesses your Search Console data via Google’s official API. Google requires every application to authenticate through an OAuth client in a Cloud project. The setup takes about 10 minutes and is completely free. Full step-by-step instructions are included in the download.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
Currently the app is available for Windows only (.exe installer). Mac and Linux versions are not available at this time.
Does it show the exact reason a URL isn’t indexed?
Yes. The app surfaces the exact verdict Google Search Console reports for each URL โ “Crawled, currently not indexed”, “Discovered, currently not indexed”, “Excluded by robots.txt”, and so on. Precise triage, no guessing.
What if I have more than 2,000 URLs?
No problem. The app queues all URLs and works through them day by day โ 2,000 per day until everything has been checked, then cycles automatically to keep statuses up to date.
Is my data safe? Does anything go to a third party?
All data is stored locally on your machine. The app only communicates with Google’s API using your own OAuth credentials. Nothing is sent to any third-party server, including Marketer Coffee infrastructure.
I see “Google hasn’t verified this app” โ is it safe?
Yes, this is expected. Because you created the OAuth credentials yourself in your own Google Cloud project (in testing mode), Google shows this warning. Click Advanced โ Go to SEO Indexation Checker (unsafe) to proceed. Your credentials only connect to your own Google account.
Does my Gmail need to be a GSC owner of the site?
Yes. The Gmail account you authorize in the app must have at least Read & Analyze access to the domain in Google Search Console. If it doesn’t, the API returns “Permission denied”. Add it as a user in GSC first.
